The brooch is in good condition, with chips and nibbles throughout commensurate with age. It fastens with a pin and revolver catch and features a safety chain. It bears no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as platinum on gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 37.1 grams. CR made 28.09.22.
