A Large Black Album and packet of loose containing approx. 370 cards with a plethora of different subjects covered such as Greetings, Comic, Aviation, Cats, Dogs / Bonzo etc, Comic with plenty by Bamforths with Motoring / Police content etc. A useful mix of topo from Cheshire, Lancashire and Yorkshire with better cards including Fleetwood Lifeboat, Rhyl Lifeboat and Cockerham Post Office.

261 lots including several exciting original collections fresh to the market. Highlights include a specialised collection of St. Helena stamps and postal history, and a very extensive and impressive holding of Russian postal history with a particular focus on the Post Offices Abroad. The latter collector’s interests also extended through the Baltics to excellent Scandinavian Locals, as well as around the Eastern Mediterranean from the Balkans to Palestine and Egypt.
Amongst the postcards offered in the sale are fantastic albums from a dedicated collector, of high-quality and comprehensively assembled, which include transport related cards of Leeds, Skipton, Lancaster, Teesside and Middlesbrough as well as excellent general Yorkshire cards.
