Slightly faded but uniform colour to the front, however, the sides have some fading. There are some natural? splits (as photographed). With some faults/losses around the moulding. Old split/repair to the middle section of the dustboard (as photographed). Some movement in the joints. The drawers are pine-lined. Original brasses and escutcheons. The chest splits in half - the top section is 84cm high, the bottom section is 79cm high. Please see further images.

An eclectic and decorative mixture of antiques and contemporary art will be coming under the hammer this autumn, when the Selected Contents of Bell Hall, Naburn, York, will appear in a single-owner sale at Tennants Auctioneers on 15th November.
The collection was put together over several decades, and draws together good period oak furniture, folk art, 19th century samplers, and Asian art alongside modern and contemporary paintings, ceramics and works of art, many pieces with an animal theme.
