A Pair of Worcester Porcelain Dessert Plates, circa 1770, painted with sprays of flowers on a blue ground gilt with scrolls and strapwork, seal marks in underglaze blue, 19cm diameter; A Bow Porcelain Sauce Boat, circa 1765, of fluted oval form, painted in underglaze blue with the Desirable Residences pattern, 15.5cm long; A Liverpool Porcelain Tea Bowl and Saucer, painted in underglaze blue with a version of the Cannonball pattern; and A Worcester Porcelain Sparrow Beak Jug and Cover, printed in underglaze blue with the Fence pattern (6)

Dessert plates with some stacking wear to gilding and other minor surface wear. Sauceboat, saucer and cover with small rim flakes as well as numerous foot and rim chips with resultant staining. Some crazing. Jug with chips to the rim of cover and pitting to glaze. Saucer with two rim chips. Some glaze pitting to plates. Typical minor wear throughout. No restoration.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
