Collection/accumulation in about 15 volumes, mint QV onwards and the mint and used later reigns, mixed condition, the mint including 1891 jubilees to 1/-, KEVII shades to 1/-, KGV Downey heads and 1912 issue to 10d, watermark varieties especially KGVI and QEII, etc. Better used includes KEVII to 10/- and officials, KGV with lots of seahorses incl. well-centred cds 10/- blue, etc. Accompanied by catalogues and accessories, please inspect.

Highlights of the October 30th Stamp Sale include a very extensive collection of Switzerland assembled over a lifetime by a former President of the Helvetia Society of Great Britain with focus on postal history beautifully written-up on album pages; a specialised collection of Ceylon with many of the key stamps including an excellent range of classics plus King George V key-plate high values, plus from the same estate a group of the Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir including a complete presentation album sent out in 1899 on behalf of the Maharajah. Also an extremely interesting large folio presentation volume of 19th Turkish revenue proof sets with ornate binding suggesting a possibly unique production for the Ottoman royal family.
