Taxidermy: A Cased Coppersmith Barbet and Spotted Barbet, circa, 1880-1900, both full mounts, each perched upon small wooden perches, set against a plain cream painted interior, re-cased within a modern cream painted single-glass display case, 38cm by 13.5cm by 18cm, mounted very much in the manner of North East Taxidermist's such as Robert Duncan and Joseph Cullingford, each adopted this simple, clean, yet very effective process of letting the natural beauty of the specimen show, and not be overpowered by a cluttered interior.
