A Late 19th Century North American Indian Bandolier Bag, possibly Obijwe, the rectangular bag face and two rectangular bandolier straps decorated with bands of geometric motifs in coloured glass beads on a red wool field backed by coarsely woven cream cotton, the borders applied with blue and ochre silk ribbons, the bag with fourteen fringed tassels, bag 48cm by 25cm, each bandolier 54cm by 11cm

Beadwork is in good condition. Some small moth holes to crimson field and ribbon trim. The ends of the bandolier straps appear to have something missing.
