Two plastic crates of albums and accessories, the Great Britain including three penny blacks all with four margins and one very nice with wide margins on three sides and red MX, then other line-engraved incl. ½d plate 9, KEVII £1 green clean with quite attractive and unusual manuscript cancel, 1913 Waterlow 10/- seahorse, etc. as well as a useful range of mint from 19th century onwards, through to decimal issues with approx. £350 face value. The Canada also in mixed condition yet with useful items, please inspect.

Highlights of the October 30th Stamp Sale include a very extensive collection of Switzerland assembled over a lifetime by a former President of the Helvetia Society of Great Britain with focus on postal history beautifully written-up on album pages; a specialised collection of Ceylon with many of the key stamps including an excellent range of classics plus King George V key-plate high values, plus from the same estate a group of the Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir including a complete presentation album sent out in 1899 on behalf of the Maharajah. Also an extremely interesting large folio presentation volume of 19th Turkish revenue proof sets with ornate binding suggesting a possibly unique production for the Ottoman royal family.
