A Late Regency Mahogany and Barber's Pole Strung Library Drum Table, 2nd quarter 19th century, the black leather writing surface above four frieze drawers with lion mask loop handles, on a gun barrel support with four reeded legs and brass-capped toes and castors, 106.5cm by 76cm

The leather top is reasonable, however there is some bubbling/minor ring marks. Small sections of veneer to cockbeaded drawers with losses/faults. The moulding beneath the drawers also has some faults. Legs have some general scuffs and deep scratches consistent with age. One of the brass-capped feet is loose and needs attention. All drawers are open but there is no key. The top is original to the base. Brasses are old but later additions no previous handle marks
