The Victorian sandstone house was located on the Innellan Road, a few hundred meters south of Bullwood, Dunoon. Built as Gerhallow House, it was bought by Harry Lauder and his wife from Douglas Granville Gossling on May 20, 1908. By 1912 the house was renamed Laudervale. Lauder used this as his principle residence from 1908 into the 1930s. The house was demolished in the 1980s.
