Antlers/Horns: Blue Sheep or Bharal (Pseudois nayaur nayaur), circa 1855, Ladakh Kashmir, India, Rowland Ward World Record Class, large adult ram horns on cut upper skull cap, right horn 79.5cm (31½"), left horn 75cm (29¼"), circumference (13½"), widest span 71cm, tip to tip 56.5cm (22½"), mounted upon a hardwood shield, reference within game book entry -" The following 24 specimens were killed by George Greig, late 93rd High's, and sent here in 1899 on the death of Col A.C. Nightingale in whose house there were hanging", entered into Rowland Wards Records of Big game dated 1896 in position 2, as being taken by J. Campbell of Kilberry, incorrectly entered, as George Grieg was the hunter, currently ranked at position three in Rowland Wards Records of Big Game twenty sixth edition, volume II, dated 2002.
