Skeletons/Anatomy: A Cased Re-creation of an Extinct Great Auk Skeleton (†Pinguinus impennis), modern, a complete skeletal re-creation of an adult Great Auk, posed in sitting position looking straight ahead, upon an ebonised interior floor, enclosed within an oak framed five-glass table display case, 54cm by 22cm by 59.5cm, bearing ivorine plaque to interior base - Great Auk, Alca impennis, Extinct 1844, this example was created using various donor bones and skeltal remians, including the skull cast from an example in a private collection in California.
