One pin to one of the clips is deficient. It is not hallmarked or stamped. It fastens with pin and safety catch which is to a removeable frame. The clips attach by hinged clips (one with a pin deficient). The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour G/H/I, clarity VS1/VS2. Gross weight 14.0 grams.
