An early 19th century Chinese blue and white rectangular dish painted with a typical landscape, three other Chinese blue and white dishes, and a pearlware saucer printed with the boy and a buffalo pattern (5)

Plate one - 29cm diameter, hairline cracks and firing flaws. Plate two - 18.5cm, heavy surface scratches to the interior. Plate three - 15cm, firing flaws and noticeable surface scratches to the interior. Saucer - 14.5cm, crazing and some light surface scratches and glaze losses. Rectangular dish - 27cm by 19.5cm, several chips to the rim and numerous areas of wear also to the rim. Surface scratches to the interior and firing flaws.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
