Balance of the Collection: Volume 2: King George V
Substantial balance of the KGV section, with highlights being BB1 AVC precancelled type E, Downey head panes, BB6 precancelled type I (a little surface wear on back), 1912 ½d blue-green pane (NB6a shade var.) MNH with RPS certificate (1986), three PUC 3/- booklets (editions 168 x2, 169), etc, as well as parts of a specialised collection with diagrammatic write-up, including six different types of the ½d small format photogravure incl. cylinder E4 dot perf type P, with good perfs. Total cat. well over £9,000, not counting coil label stamps photogravure ½d to 2d.
