A 18ct Gold Open Faced Pocket Watch in the Original Fitted Case, retailed by Tiffany & Co, signed Patek Philippe & Co, circa 1916, 18-jewel lever movement with eight adjustments and marked Extra, movement numbered 186652, bimetallic balance with blued overcoil hairspring, wolf tooth winding, gilt coloured dial, case with snap-on back engraved with initials, engraved presentation inscription, stamped 18k and numbered 186652, 44mm wide, with original Tiffany & Co fitted case

06.02.12, Case with light surface scratches and some minor dents to the sides and a small dent to the back cover, case back engraved with initials CAS, inside back cover with engraved presentation inscription saying 'presented to Caldwell Allen Smith by Mordecai Jackson Crispin December 25 1918', dial surface has discoloured to edges and stained, dial with some minor scratch marks, in going order.
