An Extensive Masons Composite Ironstone Dinner Service, circa 1820, transfer printed and overpainted in colours with chinoiserie foliage and precious objects within foliate diaper, cell and scroll borders, comprising three soup tureens and covers, two vegetable tureens and four covers, five sauce tureens, three covers and five stands, twenty-three canted rectangular platters, two strainer dishes, two sauce boats and stands, eighty-two dinner plates, twenty-seven soup plates, forty-one dessert plates, and twelve side plates, printed marks (216)

One soup tureen cover with 8cm hairline crack. One vegetable tureen cover with 1cm long flat chip to underside of rim. One sauce tureen cover broken in half and with riveted repair and associated losses. One stand with 3.5cm hairline crack. One pierced liner crack. One sauce boat with riveted repair to handle, the other with 1.5cm rim chip and associated hairline crack. Nineteen dinner plates chipped, five with cracks, five with chips and cracks, and one repaired. Two soup plates with chips, two with cracks. Seven dessert plates with chips, four with cracks. One side plate with crack. 190213
