Beale, prefix S43C; 5 x £1 Series C, 1960-1964 issue, signed J.Q. Hollom and J.B. Page, prefixes A11N, EU30, HX05 and K65W; 10 x £1 Series D (2 x pictorial, 8 x revised), signed J.B. Page and D.H.F.
