Thorough collection of 475 'Smiler' sheets from 2000 to 2012 in nine Royal Mail binders, with the 'Consignia' and 'Post Office' imprint second and third issues (LS2/a, LS3/a), 2001 greetings labels (LS5), Smilers for Kids first series (LS50/53), many of the official issues with two of each, plus all manner of limited edition special and private printings incl. football clubs, exhibitions, anniversaries, etc. Face value minimum £11,500.

Highlights of the October 30th Stamp Sale include a very extensive collection of Switzerland assembled over a lifetime by a former President of the Helvetia Society of Great Britain with focus on postal history beautifully written-up on album pages; a specialised collection of Ceylon with many of the key stamps including an excellent range of classics plus King George V key-plate high values, plus from the same estate a group of the Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir including a complete presentation album sent out in 1899 on behalf of the Maharajah. Also an extremely interesting large folio presentation volume of 19th Turkish revenue proof sets with ornate binding suggesting a possibly unique production for the Ottoman royal family.
