The necklace is in good condition. It fastens with a tongue and box catch, and features a figaro link safety chain. It bears no hallmark, but is stamped 'K18' and '750' and in our opinion would test as gold. It is also stamped 'D3.25 1.50. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI1/SI2/I1/I2. Gross weight 26.6 grams. CR made 30th July 2013

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
