A Late George III Mahogany, Marquetry and Parquetry Decorated Linen Press, early 19th century, the moulded cornice and hinged lid above two moulded cupboard doors inlaid with urns and enclosing four sliding trays, the base with two short over two long drawers, on bracket feet, 131cm by 59cm by 212cm

Good cosmetic condition throughout and with fairly uniform colour. The left-hand marquetry panel to the cupboard doors with a small section of marquetry around the urn missing. Left-hand side previous screw holes? have been partly filled and polished. The urn marquetry is lifting slightly also. The opposing side with small split to the marquetry with some small repair work. With key and working lock. Drawers are paper lined. The cock beading generally good with small repair work. Small patch repair on the top drawer and a very small split left-hand end panel. Right-hand end panel with deep scuff mark and the right-hand lower panel with small patch repairs.
