A George III Mahogany Straight Front Chest of Drawers in the Manner of Thomas Chippendale, 2nd half 18th century, with two short over three long graduated drawers oak-lined drawers, on bracket feet, 100cm by 55cm by 73cm

Good quality timber and uniform colour. The top with general surface scratches consistent with age. The cock beaded drawers and drawer fronts with minor faults and repairs (see images). Right-hand side panel natural split which has been partly filled and polished. Back-right hand corner small split. Left-hand side panel with similar split. Some old decay around the bracket feet.
