A First World War Mons Group of Five Medals, awarded to 49 Corporal (later Lieutentant) W.H.STEPHENSON NORTH'D YEO, comprising 1914 Star with 5th Aug.-22nd Nov. 1914 “Mons” clasp, British War Medal (LIEUT.), Victory Medal (LIEUT.), Territorial Decoration and Territorial Force Efficiency Medal (CPL. NORTH'D HRS:YEO.), swing mounted as worn, together with a dog tag, an Edwardian mahogany mantel timepiece set with a brass presentation plaque "N.H.I.Y. Presented to Cpl. Stephenson by his Troop Officer for Smartness on Parade" and a pair of binoculars in leather case.
