^ An Irish George II Style Carved Padouk Wood and Marble Top Serving Table, the moulded grey and white Carrara above an acanthus and scrolled frieze centred by a shell, on carved cabriole legs with carved paw feet, 287cm by 92cm by 91cm

The top has various scratches (some deep), also with some fritting and chipping particularly around the edge. Back left-hand corner there is a section approximately 7cm in length that has been re-glued with a small section missing. Further small chips along the back edge and the rear-right corner is also chipped. The timber to the base of the table is rather dry and with some variations in colour. Various bruising to the leg. Variations in colour throughout the timber from the moulding at the front to the carved apron and the legs being much darker in colour. The rear-right foot has been cut and this piece is missing (see image).
