Curlews and pheasant are in comparable condition to each other in that they have a degree of time staining to the sheet. Some slight cockling in evidence and the odd tiny sporadic foxing spot. Ducks have a cluster of more pronounced foxing spots mostly within the upper right-hand corner with the odd more sporadic spot elsewhere. General staining throughout the sheet, particularly along the upper section. More pronounced cockling in general, a small u shaped pair within margin towards the upper left-hand corner. A diagonal tear towards the right, approximately 2cm to the left of signature from lower edge and approximately 2.5cm in length. Would appear to have some kind of tape or supportive repair to reverse which is visible from the front. Not examined out of the frame. Two of the examples bear the artists monogram on the print having been etched into the plate.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
