A Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Named Yacht Painted Seven Piece Part Dessert Service, William Edward James Dean, 1937, comprising five dessert plates, shaped circular with gadrooned rims, the yachts named on the reverse - Taomina, Zaida, Starlight, Pendragon, Sally II, 23cm diameter, and a lozenge and square serving dish, with yachts named Flight and Vagabond, each with brown printed crown and interlaced D mark, year cipher, also impressed marks (together with one broken dessert plate, the yacht Binker, the pieces retained)

All pieces appear to be in good overall condition. No chips or cracks are noted and only the minimal amount of rubbing of the gilding. The broken dessert plate with pieces retained, requires extensive restoration. 111109
