1875 1/- green, plate 9 (SG.150var) top margin imprimatur lettered A-F, showing part sheet inscription. Extremely scarce, being one of only 22 possible examples, many of which are in institutional collections. The appearance of gum on the upper surface of the margin corresponds to the only other example (non-inscription) we could find online. Cat. £3,500+.
