A Regency Mahogany Quarter Striking Table Clock, signed Desbois & Wheeler, Grays Inn Passage, single pad arch pediment, side fish scale pierced sound frets, stop brass fluted front canted corners, brass ball feet, 8-inch arch painted dial with Roman numerals and signed strike/silent selection, triple fusee movement with an anchor escapement and quarter striking on two bells and striking a further bell for the hours, movement backplate signed, 47.5cm high see illustration

14.10.19 Case is faded, case with small chips, scratches and dents in parts, brass surfaces are discoloured, dial painted surfaces are flaking and the markers are rubbed, dial needs restoring, movement needs cleaning, movement in going order, with pendulum, all original together
