Join Head Chef Adam Degg for the ultimate nature first dining experience starting with cocktails and snacks in the kitchen garden and a guided wander around the vegetables, fruit and plants before moving into a cool shipping container with curved wooden tables that face the open kitchen.
Expect clever flavour combinations and bold plays on familiar dishes that harness the full potential of the local ingredients used.

The Yorkshire Dales Rivers Trust (YDRT) was established in 2004 as a Registered Charity, working to enhance and protect the rivers of the Yorkshire Dales for the benefit of everyone.
YDRT works across the catchments of the five major rivers in the Yorkshire Dales; the Ure, Swale, Nidd, Ouse and Wharfe, to improve water quality, increase biodiversity, deliver natural flood management and habitat creation projects as well as engaging with schools and communities.
The YDRT annual auction is made possible by the generosity of regional businesses who share our vision. There is a fantastic range of lots to choose from for all tastes and budgets, many would make an ideal Christmas gift!
