Extensive used collection in 12 stockbooks, with care taken to acquire attractive examples of the higher values, with a hundred kangaroos and similarly comprehensive KGV heads, many shades etc, with first kangaroo series to 5/-, 1915 to 2/-, 1915-27 with superb 10/- (SG.43a), 1924 £1 grey (SG.75), 1928 kookaburra miniature sheet (SG.MS106a), 1929-30 'roos with 2x 5/- and the £2 excellent, 1932-35 set complete to £2, Sydney Harbour Bridge 5/- superb, etc, continuing in the same vein with light duplication through to 2013, along with mixed condition 19th century States issues in one of the volumes. Please inspect.

Highlights of the October 30th Stamp Sale include a very extensive collection of Switzerland assembled over a lifetime by a former President of the Helvetia Society of Great Britain with focus on postal history beautifully written-up on album pages; a specialised collection of Ceylon with many of the key stamps including an excellent range of classics plus King George V key-plate high values, plus from the same estate a group of the Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir including a complete presentation album sent out in 1899 on behalf of the Maharajah. Also an extremely interesting large folio presentation volume of 19th Turkish revenue proof sets with ornate binding suggesting a possibly unique production for the Ottoman royal family.
