Perkins, Bacon Co. die proofs of the 1862 London Prints, group of five, in black (3), orange and red. Denominations appear faintly visible beneath covering ink, in our opinion possibly all ‘1 Centavo’, though a collector has pencilled ‘1’, ‘5’ and ’20’ on the black prints. Along with two colour trials on thin paper: 5cts in green (as issued 20cts) and 10cts in issued bright blue.
