Each in fully restored condition. Relined, cleaned and re varnished. ''Off Whitby'' has relatively consistent retouching throughout the sky which is more concentrated in each of the top two corners and the centre of the horizon. Also showing anti theft numbering system under uv, upper left hand corner denoting letters and numbers. ''Off Scarborough'' also with anti theft numbering/lettering system showing under uv, lower left hand corner. Also with consistent (to a slightly greater extent that the former) re touching/ over painting throughout the sky. Each retain reasonable surface impasto.
