A Military General Service Medal, with two clasps CORUNNA and CIUDAD RODRIGO, awarded to THOS. HAWKINS, 52ND FOOT, with photocopies of muster rolls and discharge certificate stating he was discharged Unfit for Service due to Pulmonia and Gunshot wound to the hand, also with a typed service record and copy of Certificate of Death which records him as a Chelsea Pensioner
