A Victorian Carved Mahogany Gainsborough Style Library Armchair, late 19th century, recovered in silk damask, with padded arms, acanthus carved hand grips and supports above a serpentine shaped overstuffed seat, on cabriole legs with scrolled pad feet, 73cm by 73cm by 102cm

. Height from floor to top of seat 40cm. Width of seat between arms 60cm. Depth of seat 60cm. Height from top of seat to top of back 65cm. Upholstery clean and in good condition. Left-hand arm support loose. Carved detail, mainly around scrolled toes, with some bruises and small losses. Otherwise good.
