Jimi Hendrix Woodstock 25th Anniversary Guitar No.1 Of 26

Fender Stratocaster (right handed) maple neck, cream body, custom scratchplate purple with facsimiles of Jimi Hendrix's signature; three control dials, three pickups, five way selector switch, tremolo bridge, headstock with Fender logo, rear of neck with serial number S014057 Made in Japan, neckplate engraved 'Polygram Jimi Hendrix Woodstock 25th Anniversary 1994 01/26'. In manufacturers hardcase. With letter on Polydor headed paper dated August 1994 stating 'We hereby confirm that guitar no.1 owned by Mr P Stansfield is a '68 reissue ... There are 26 guitars in the world and were produced the album Jimi Hendrix Woodstock...' signed by Jackie Stansfield on behalf of Polygram mounted in framed with a publicity photograph.

The lot also includes positive film with other pictures, a photograph of Hendrix on stage at Woodstock, tremolo arm plectrums and inspection card

Some marks from use: one to body 3x3mm and 2mm deep, small mark to varnish of 6th fret; some age related cracking to finish on back of body
