Specialised collection in eight hefty albums, many hundreds of booklets, from the small-format folded types to more recent 1st/2nd class types in depth. We have not ventured into the complex listings at this end of the collection, only estimated the face value on just the better denominations, which will exceed £850. Of course there will be far more to this lot, with scarcer varieties and unusual items very likely, for example we noted 50p dummy booklet of Harrison and Sons test labels and 24th Dec.1971 booklet panes set of four on FDCs cancelled London Chief Office day before issue (23rd December). Close inspection recommended.
