An Interesting First World War Silver Enamel Dial Wristwatch Presented to Major Robert Hardaway on the 8th May 1918 From Officers and Men of Hospital Train No:54, 1918, manual wound lever movement, enamel dial with Arabic numerals, inner red 24 hour chapter ring, seconds dial, case back inscribed "From Officers and Men of Hospital Train No:54 to Major Robt M Hardaway M.C May 8 1918 France"

Case with small surface scratches, minor dents to the sides, case slightly tarnished in parts, plexi glass with scuff marks, later strap, dial with minor scratches in parts, luminous is lacking from the Arabic numerals, hand setting correctly and winding smoothly, movement looks clean, movement in going order.
