A stockbook with over 600 mostly used stamps of the 1950s and 1960s, with better sets including 1963 Hwangshan landscapes (SG.2124/39), 1966 Lu Hsun (SG.2329/31), 1967 firefighters (SG.2332/34), Liu Ying-chun (SG.2335/40), 'Thoughts of Mao' se-tenant strips with gold and red frames (SG.2344a, cat. £600; SG.2349a, cat. £800), labour day (SG.2354/58), great teacher and Republic anniversary (SG.2367/71), 1968 revolutionary literature and art first and second issues (SG.2387/95), through to 'Directives of Mao' se-tenant strip (SG.2397, cat. £1,600) and more. Further good items noted in short sets incl. a few 1967-68 poems of Mao with 'Huichang' (SG.2376, cat. £300). Some condition issues including oxidized gold on #2349a, however the other best items are fine, please inspect.
