A George II Silver Caster and a George III Silver Caster, Each by Samuel Wood, London, one 1754 and one 1765, each baluster and on spreading foot, the pull-off covers pierced and with baluster finial, the first engraved with a crest, 13.5cm high and slightly smaller, total weight 6oz 2dwt, 190gr (2)

Each is fully marked under base. The covers further part marked. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as softening to the high points. One engraved with a crest which is very worn. There are some bruises.
