Stockbook collection of the QV-KEVII issues, beginning with ten penny blacks of which six are four-margins, all different plates, 1840 2d blue plate 2 with margins all round save just shaving upper right corner, penny reds with eleven different numbers in cross pmks, again margins vary, the four-margins '6' and '9' being the best, then most 'stars' issues represented, perf 1d plates to 224, ½d complete plates with few if any faults, the plate 9 sound, embossed 1/- green four margins on piece, followed by a good coverage of the surface-printed varieties generally sound with bar cancels, incl. 2/- brown perfin, 1867/74 5/- plates 1 and 2 (used in Malta) both with good perfs, 1884 10/- shades, etc. The KEVII volume with a useful range to 10/-.
