Taxidermy: A Group of Cased Late Victorian Birds, circa 1880-1900, a cased full mount adult Barn Owl, mounted in typical Victorian upright pose, perched atop a painted rectangular faux rock, set against a plain papered interior, enclosed within a typical period single-glass display case, 33.5cm by 12.5cm by 38cm, a full mount adult Golden Plover stood upon grit covered groundwork, set against a plain papered interior, enclosed within a typical period single-glass display case, 27cm by 12.5cm by 28cm, a full mount adult female European Kestrel, perched upon a small branch, above moss covered groundwork, set against a white painted interior, snclosed within a typical period single-glass display case, 35.5cm by 11.5cm by 30cm, (af), (3).
