This Antiques and Interiors sale includes a good offering of silver and objects of vertu. With estimates from under £100 to over £1,000 the sale will appeal to the seasoned collector and to anyone who might want to add a bit of sparkle to their home. A highlight of the objects of vertu in the sale will be a group of early 20th-century pin-cushions. These miniature works of art are formed as animals such as a hedgehog, a duck and a pig. These charming novelty items have long appealed to collectors. Also of interest in the section will be 9ct gold Parker fountain pen and several lots of silver or silver and enamel buttons. The silver section offers several tea and coffee-services as well as numerous flatware items and useful items such as a wine-funnel and various candlesticks. Among the silversmiths whose work is offered in the sale are Hester Bateman, Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard, Carrington & Co., Walker & Hall, Mappin & Webb and the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co..

The sale will also include a private collection of over 100 lots of Moorcroft pottery from the Macintyre era through to modern designs including prestige pieces and trial vases. All to be sold without reserve. 

Also included in the sale is a good a mix of affordable traditional art, antiques, jewellery, watches, furniture and more.
