. BMW has a long history of making roadsters all the way back to its roots. The BMW Z4 arrived in 2002 to replace the BMW Z3 introduced in 1995. At first, the Z4 was only available as a roadster, however, in 2006 the German producer launched the coupe version. The Z4's body dimensions were larger, and its wheelbase was longer and wider. The suspension was also upgraded to be stiffer, and the car was equipped with a sport package which firmed up the steering. This very well presented 2005 model finished in black with black leather interior. The build quality of the Z series has long been celebrated and it shows in this particular example. Paintwork is original and in a very presentable state, as is the interior and trim. The rubber window seal shows signs of age and is perished and there are some small scratches to the paintwork on the lower part of the near side door. The hood is in excellent order with no damage or discolouration. Wheels show signs of age and tyres are about 50% worn. The car is described as running very well by the vendor and selects gears smoothly. 5 speed. No service history, no stamps in book.

Regarding Pictures, Prints and Works on Paper, works are not examined out of the frame, unless specifically stated. Tennants Auctioneers do not cover damage to gilded wood or plaster picture frames, or to picture frame glass whilst the item is in our possession.
